A Prom Night Experience for People with Developmental Disabilities

Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs ages 14 and older. On one night, February 7, 2020, churches from around the world will host Night to Shine for thousands of honored guests and we are grateful just to be a part of it.

Heritage is grateful to once again host Night to Shine, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation and partnering with CrossPointe Church.

Every guest will be given royal treatment, including red carpet entrance, paparazzi, limo ride, photography, hair & makeup stations, shoe shines, food and dancing. Each of our guests will be named Kings & Queens of the prom.

Every guest will be paired with a buddy to be their escort and helper for the evening.

“I loved coming to the Night to Shine prom at Heritage. It was amazing! I got to hang out with my friends. I never had anyone cheer for me before. It was a fun, fun night! I am really looking forward to just having fun, the awesome limo ride, dancing the night away and being crowned Queen at the prom again this year!”

“Last February, I participated in Night to Shine as a buddy for the first time. Meeting my guest and helping her navigate getting her hair and make up done, receiving her flowers, getting into the limo and into the dance was both seamless and a joy. She was so excited about all of the elements of the event and welcomed me to enjoy the evening with her and her friends. Experiencing a night through someone else’s excitement was so fun and I have been looking forward to being a buddy at this Year’s Night to Shine.”
